Description: The yomkwo is a raft zither played by the Birom people of Nigeria.
Construction: It is made from a number of reeds bound together to form a raft. The strings are from the same pieces of the reeds they are are loosened in the middle and bound on both ends so so the strings do not come off from the reed.
